He has established a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, launched West Africa’s premier R&D and application centre, and led a team of 50+ professionals across operations and product development. Prior to Freddy Hirsch, he held key roles at Sensient Flavors North America and Kerry Ingredients & Flavors, contributing to global food innovation and technology transfer. He holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, an M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

Aishat Lamidi leads product development at Freddy Hirsch Nigeria, focusing on creating functional mixes for dairy and bakery products, as well as unique seasoning and flavour blends inspired by African tastes.

With over four years of experience in food technology, I guide products from idea to finished solution, ensuring they taste great and work well for our customers. My background in food technology and engineering, paired with a deep understanding of local flavour trends, has enabled me to successfully lead the development of multiple culinary dry blends, functional mixes, savoury and sweet aromatic flavour blends, meat tenderizers, and marinades for clients in the quick service restaurant (QSR), retail, and manufacturing sectors.

My goal is to help our clients stand out with flavours and ingredients that people love, while reinforcing Freddy Hirsch Nigeria’s role as a trusted partner in the food industry.

Veronica Randall is the Procurement Manager at Freddy Hirsch Nigeria. She is responsible for the procurement of local and imported raw materials while ensuring compliance with FSSC 22 000 standards.

With 30 years of supply chain experience in the food industry, spanning various African countries in the imports / exports environment, Veronica brings passion and attention to detail to ensure effective procurement strategies and implementation. Before joining Freddy Hirsch Nigeria, she was employed in the exports division at Freddy Hirsch Group Head Office in Cape Town, South Africa. She earned a degree in Marketing Management at the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Oluwaseyi Ogunfodunrin is an accomplished Quality and Regulatory expert with over a decade of experience leading Food Quality systems. Her expertise spans the fast-paced manufacturing sectors of Food, Beverage, and Cosmetics in Nigeria. Oluwaseyi, as Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, drives pivotal Food Quality and Safety initiatives, ensuring the Nigeria plant not only maintains its FSSC 22000 certification but also consistently adheres to demanding international benchmarks across Quality, Food Safety, and HSE.

She holds a degree in Biochemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, with advanced training and Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Lead Auditing, Food Safety, HSE, Quality Management, and Leadership. In addition, Oluwaseyi is a chartered Chemist, a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the institute of Management Consultants Nigeria as well as an influential member of relevant key Nigerian professional bodies.

Temitope Ademola is a results-driven Plant Manager with over 13 years of specialized experience.
