Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
